THE COMPANY
Founded in 2003, The Office Group is the brain child of directors Ollie Olsen and Charlie Green, who combined their skills from their experience in the market place to create a product which is simple, affordable and well designed.  They have five centres in London and plans to expand further.

THE PROBLEM
The Group developed a number of home-made applications to run the business, but these lacked integration.  They also required excessive manual intervention to operate; billing runs took two days and errors abounded.  Expansion of the business was being adversely impacted.

THE SOLUTION
A quick implementation of UltraSoftBIS enabled the company to replace their Office applications with a unified system that integrates with their accounts.

THE BENEFIT
All costs are captured, and bills are accurate.  Much time has been saved from validating data, training staff and resolving issues.  In addition, the Group has gained agility in being able to offer new products easily and expand by adding new locations seamlessly.
